Orders

  • Our roasting facility is open Monday through Friday excluding holidays. All coffee orders are freshly roasted-to-order, meaning we roast and ship out on the following day.

    If your order is submitted before 4:00 p.m. ET, it will be roasted and shipped the next business day.

    If your order is submitted after 4:00 p.m. ET, it will be roasted and shipped two business days later.

    The exception is if you you place an order on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, it will roast and ship on Monday.

  • We’re unable to adjust or cancel an order after it has been placed. Please triple-check your address, order, quantity, and billing details.

    If there is an issue, please contact us at hello@collectivecoffeeco.com as soon as possible, and we will help to resolve the issue.

  • We accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover or direct payments through PayPal or ApplePay.

  • Contact us at hello@collectivecoffeeco.com and we will help resolve any issues you may have.

  • We do not accept returns on coffee due to its perishable nature.

    However, if you have any issues with your coffee or errors in your order, please contact us at hello@collectivecoffeeco.com. We will absolutely make sure that you are taken care of.

Shipping

  • We are currently offering a flat rate of $8/shipping for up to your first 2 retail bags of coffee.

    Shipping for larger orders are scaled based on weight. The cost will be calculated at checkout.

  • We ship Monday through Friday.

  • Our roastery is located just outside of Philadelphia. Estimated ground shipping zones are as follows.

    One Day: Philadelphia and surrounding area including NJ, lower NY, lower CT, DE, upper WV and upper VA.

    Two Days: East coast and midwest from MN, IA, IL, KY, TN and AL

    Three Days: MT, CO, AZ, NM, ND, SD, NE, KS, OK, TX, MO, AR, LA and MS

    Four + Days: West coast and western CO and TX

    As soon as your order has been fulfilled, you should receive a follow-up email with tracking information. This tracking will provide a more precise transit time.

  • We currently do not but hope to in the near future.

  • We offer discounts including free shipping to wholesale clients based on volume.
