Overview
One of our favorite coffees for the summer. We really love this this as both a pour over or cold brew. The sweet fruit notes ranging from strawberry to blackberry with floral flavors in the cup, with sweetness somewhere between brown sugar and caramel.

Story
This lot from Bishan Wate is depulped within six to eight hours after picking to prevent further unwanted fermentation, and fermented in tanks for 36-48 hours. Afterwards, the coffee is dried on raised beds under parabolic shade. This coffee lends itself to a very full bodied coffee that is balanced with notes of sweetness and stone fruit.
